MEET THE DIRECTOR:

Whisper Mondragon, a Colorado native with a deep appreciation for the state's picturesque landscapes, is the Director of Unique Play Place. With over 16 years of dedicated service in various early childhood education settings, she holds a level 6 Early Childhood Professional Credential, a Colorado credentialed coach, and a professional credentialed trainer.

As a passionate advocate, Whisper actively participates in state initiatives supporting children and families within her community. Her commitment extends beyond her role as a director, as she partners with others to inspire a greater understanding of the importance of early childhood education, especially in the face of systemic inequities.

Whisper takes pride in encouraging individuals to explore their passions and eagerly anticipates immersing children, families, and staff in developmentally appropriate practices within the Reggio Emilia inspired environments at Unique Play Place. Her mission is to foster a love for learning while addressing the crucial need for investment in early childhood education.
